There was no cleaning even once during my one week stay. This is apparently a feature and you have to pay more to have room cleaning. All in all the staff were cold and it's the worst hotel i have stayed in out of the last 20 at least. Heating is through aircon so the air becomes incredibly unpleasant and dry.
