One of the best stays we’ve had across our many trips to Japan! The room was spacious, the service was superb, and the location was incredibly convenient, with a train station nearby and plenty of convenience stores and shops in the surrounding area. Although there are no laundromats directly on-site, there are two within close proximity, making laundry easily manageable. All the staff were wonderful and went out of their way to assist international guests. A special mention goes to Hori-san, who truly stood out and provided some of the best customer service we’ve ever experienced. His attentiveness, kindness, and willingness to help made our stay all the more memorable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Japan. Highly recommended!!

This hotel was a wonderful surprise! I was particularly impressed by the room size, which was much larger than expected for the price. While the location is a bit of a walk from the nearest station, it’s well worth it if you don't mind a little exercise. The highlight was definitely the view: waking up to the sunrise over downtown Osaka with Utsubo Park in the foreground was unforgettable. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my stay, and the traditional Japanese breakfast was a great way to start the day.

We had a large room overlooking the park, very clean and comfortable with excellent staff. The area is pleasant with a large number of restaurants and cafes and close to the metro, we would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to explore area.

Clean and pleasant stay

Hotel room (twin bed) and bathroom was fairly spacious for Japan standard. Staff were polite, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Hotel was easily accessible - less than 10 minutes away from the metro and there is a straight bus to Osaka station too.

Three of us stayed in one perfectly arranged room. Our stay was exteremely comfortable and quiet and a short taxi ride to various restaurant districts. Small hotel with a focus on the rooms and the front desk. Staff was great. We would stay there again.

Staff greeted you at the door. Fresh pajamas and slippers as soon as you enter the room. In room supplies, i.e, hairbrush, razor, bath towel, etc. We had a gorgeous view of the park right across the street

The area of this hotel is in a business district, so it was a quiet, nice, and peaceful area. There is a beautiful park across the street, nearby restaurants and stores. The metro station is about a 7 minute walk from the hotel. Overall a great place to stay. There are some minor repairs that the hotel should take care of, but overall I found the rooms to be VERY spacious and modern. Beds are nice and big, three of us fit very comfortably in our beds, one more person would have easily fit. The staff was the most helpful, most friendly, and most professional people that we had encountered during our entire stay in japan (a trip that spanned two weeks and had three separate hotel bookings). I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.
