The breakfast was very tasty and a nice way to start the day. Really enjoyed having access to the record players, even if I didn't have a lot of time to sit and listen. Cool vibes, the cafe downstairs was very inviting. Easy walk to Bentencho station and transfers to Dotonburi and other neighbourhoods were easy. I'm a trans man, and it was a small detail but I really appreciated in the check-in form that there was an "other"'option for gender in the check-in. It’s modern yet fits perfectly into its traditional surroundings. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself is spotless with fantastic amenities. I appreciated the free washing capsules in the laundry room and the chilled-out music at reception. The room's vinyl player, with a choice of two records, was a fun touch. Breakfast was delicious and continental, and the free drinks and snacks between 5-9pm were a lovely bonus. The location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk to the station, close to Universal Studios and Osaka Castle, and a direct train ride to the international airport.
