We had originally booked a different stay in Osaka that felt extremely unsafe when we arrived, so we took a chance and quickly booked a stay here instead. So relieved that when we got here we felt much safer! Everything was clean and the staff were very kind. Laundry machines were a huge help. You can also hear people snoring from the room beside while in bed.
