The staff at check in was good just that it's a pity they have limited English and Japanese. The room looked old and not sparkling clean so if you don't mind then this hotel is pretty good. Can easily walk to Doutonbori which is a plus point too. Also, clothes washed can hang out on the balcony but the sunlight doesn't reach much of the balcony so it took longer to dry the clothes.
