Many eateries are close by. Our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. There was in room laundry facility, microwave oven, and even a kitchenette. However, no pots, pans nor utensils were provided. We didn't experience much street noise as our room was on sixth floor facing the front street, not the expressway. Definately not 3 star, more like a hostal. It's at least quieter here in this part of town, so if you want to see Osaka but you don't want all the awful noise, foot traffic, and the smell, then this might be the place for you. Walls were not in great shape -- there were some dirt marks on it. Slippers were of really cheap quality.
