地下鉄からも近く、道頓堀などへも歩いて行ける立地的にいいですね。フロントのスタッフも出かける時、帰ってきた時の声かけがとても気持ちよかった。部屋の掃除がないサービスだったが、タオルなどの交換は毎日してもらってストレスは全然なかったです。トリプルベッドで利用したんですけど、叶うならばもう少しだけ部屋が広かったらなと思いましたけど、全然不満はありません。

Stayed with family 2 adults 2 teen agers. Nice comfortable stay. 2 rooms provided with 2 bathrooms 2 tv. Locstion is very convenient next to train station and 7 eleven. I would recomend for families who are not worried about size of rooms. I believe thats common in japan. Very economical and good location. Faisal

The Best Western Fino Hotel is well situated just a few minutes walk from the main shopping area in Osaka and also within walking distance of the castle. The Hotel is well staffed and all are very helpful. The room had everything we needed and more, plus the air conditioning was excellent, and much needed in the lovely warm July weather. There is a convenience store directly opposite the hotel and lots of excellent restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.

직원들은 매우 친절합니다, 호텔의 위치도 좋은 편입니다. 근처에 호텔 많습니다. 연식이 있는 만큼 시설은 좀 노후화 되었지만, 관리는 역시 전세계 체인답게 괜찮은 편이긴 했습니다. 가격이 너무 싸서 걱정했지만, 전세계 체인 관리 시스템을 믿으며 예약을 했었습니다. 호텔에 투숙하며 마주친 투숙객이 한커플 빼고 모두 중국인이었습니다. 저희 부부는 앞으론 전세계 체인보단 신규 개업한 호텔쪽으로 가보기로 협의하였습니다

좁다좁다해서 얼마나좁길래싶었는데 진짜 좁아요! 침대두개 혼자썼는데, 24인치 캐리어를 펼칠곳이 없어요ㅠㅠ 창문열면 바로앞 호텔이라 커튼도 못열었고요, 머리카락같은게 침대나 휴지에 떨어져있더라구요! 에어컨도 약간 냄새나는편이라 못틀었어요! 화장실은 깨끗했고 냄새안났습니다. 그 외에 편의시설, 스텝분들의 친절함은 만족스러웠어요! 수건도 문앞에걸어두면 새거로 갈아주시고 쓰레기도 문앞에두면 치워주세요. 그리고 짐도 맡길수있어요. 호탤이 역과 가깝고 대로변쪽이라 안전해요. 다만, 어디갈때 무조건 환승해야하고 구글지도가 골목쪽으로 안내할땐 좀 무섭더라구요ㅠㅠ 그래서 대로변으로 뺑 돌아다녔어요. 근처애 마트 있어서 좋았고 바로앞 세븐일레븐있어서 좋았어요!
