We stayed as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) with half board €39. Its not clear when you book that this doesnt include the children. You have to pay extra for them which is surely a nonsense, why would the booking system assume we wouldnt feed the children. There are good fscilities for the kids, tennis, ping pong etc. Breakfast was shambolic with lots of things running out and the area being too small to cope with the number of families. Overall it was a nice stay.

Great amenities
So many fun options for kids: playground, games room, pool... it made for a great visit. Breakfast had lots of great options, but was often crowded and disorganized. We also had dinner in the restaurant, it was okay, but not great.

Clean modern hotel with excellent rooms and leisure options in the garden. Convenient safe location. Only disappointment was dinner which was a little limited and waitress messed up order.

We stayed as a stopover on our drive back from the south. We have stayed a few times and it is very convenient placed close to the motorway. It is clean comfortable with a pleasant. restaurant and a nice pool for a quick relax after being in a car all day. Staff very helpful and friendly. Check in and putt very quick and efficient Bed comfortable, hotel has been recently refurbished. The service in the restaurant was a little slow. Breakfast ok and coffee very good.

Wonderful hotel, despite disappointing menu!
The refurbishment of the hotel was excellent ( we have stayed every year since 2011 - often twice a year) the service was, as always, first class, BUT, I am afraid to say that the MENU offered for the evening meal was ‘disappointing ‘ The variety of meals was limited, based on our previous visits! I think ‘bland’ is a good description of what was offered to us.

Not liking the recent refit - now looks like a Legoland hotel. Gave the food a miss this year as overpriced for what is basically a pretty average meal. better to take yourself off into town and get a decent dinner. Very convenient place to stop off on the way down south. On the whole what you expect from a Novotel - Clean and tidy with comfy beds.

Nice hotel but hot.
Everything in general was good but main complaint was that hotel was hot and we could not control the temperature, when we complained the next day they said that they turn off the climate control in winter only have the heater that is controlled by hotel and we should have asked for a fan, just by the hotel telling us that fans are available tells me that this is a common complaint. The other small quibble was that hotel was too far out of the restaurants delivery radius.

Ideal stop on our route to the Dordogne.
Very clean family room, beds comfy, lovely small pool for cooling off after a 4 hour drive from Calais. Staff a bit slow with drinks but oh well, we are on hols, whats the rush!!

This is now an old Novotel.
I used to visit this hotel in the 70s/80s. Now looking somewhat ancient, recent refurbishment of the Bathrooms has apparently been carried out. No soap dished were installed, but the builders have been advised - someday. The toilets definitely require rework! The prices Accor charge for Novotels are now well above value - food is far too expensive for the "man in the street". £16 for breakfast is too expensive. Accor are really for Meetings/Conferences. I will not visit this well positioned hotel again
