It was clean, convenient and well appointed. It was great for our group of 3 families and 2 dogs. It was as if we all had our own apartment within the house. The weather was perfect so we never needed to use the air conditioners. The rooms were spacious. It was close to everything. Our electric car was no problem as there were Superchargers in Orleans at the Stop and Shop. The kitchen had everything you needed. The appliances were all operational and up to date. The only suggestion we had is in the upstairs bathroom the tub gets very slippery and there were no grab bars in the shower. The management company was very responsive to any concerns we had. All in all I would definitely recommend this house for families to stay on the Cape. ##### Gay P. This house is perfect for a large group, as there is plenty of space for everyone. A lot of the furniture is updated, and the house gives off a great feel. The neighborhood is really nice and Skaket Beach is right down the road. Del Mar Vacations was great to work with and really takes care of their properties.
