Our villa is located in Florida just off Highway 27 with Interstate 4 at one end - East to West Coasts - giving access to the Gulf Coast, Daytona Beach, Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach. At the other end of 27 is the 192 which takes you to the Kissimmee/Orlando areas, 15 minutes from the Disney attractions and a few minutes further you will find Sea World, Universal Studios & International Drive with the famous 'Belz' Center. Orlando International Airport is 30 minutes away from us & also within an hour or less are the Sanford & Tampa Airports.

Also in the area are MGM Studios, Islands of Adventure and Citywalk at Universal Studios, Epcot Center, Downtown Disney, Legoland and Busch Gardens.

Lovely private ranch style (no stairs) home, built in 2007 located on a dead end street in a extremely quiet and safe setting overlooking a conservation park area, just minutes away from golf courses, Walt Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Restaurants, Supermarkets, Retail Stores, Spas and shopping outlets.

You will not find a more private setting in Calabay Parc than this house. The best part is for families with children. There is a big, quiet, safe and private playground next to the house. The house is kept in immaculate condition. Calabay Parc is ideally situated on US27 approximately five minutes north of Interstate 4 and five minutes south of US192. Stores and Supermarkets are less than 10 minutes away. We are fifteen minutes from Disney, twenty five minutes from Universal Studios and thirty five minutes from Orlando International Airport.

There are many restaurants, supermarkets and smaller grocery stores and a pharmacy only minutes away including those at Berry Town Center and Ridge-View Plaza.

The nearest gas station is approximately one mile south, just past Ridge-View Plaza.

Posner Park, about 5 miles south of Calabay Parc is also rapidly expanding with a good selection of large stores and food outlets.

We are surrounded by some of Florida's finest golf courses, including Champions Gate, Falcon's Fire, Mystic Dunes and Ridgewood Lakes etc.

The Heart of Florida hospital, with its emergency dept is approximately 10 minutes south of Calabay Parc.

All amenities are provided to you so you can enjoy a carefree vacation in this beautiful area with all major attractions minutes away. House comes with a fully 20X24X10 L-shaped screened in ground pool (pool heat is available for a small additional fee of $25/night, covered lanai area and a game room set up in the garage for your pleasure with pool table, foosball and ping pong table.

There is a patio table and 6 chairs with umbrella and 2 lounge chairs plus additional chairs by the pool for you to enjoy the sun on this south facing property.

This home comes with four bedrooms. There are two master suites and two kids rooms. The two master bedrooms have king size beds, ample closet space, dressers, flat screen TV's with DVD and private full bathrooms (one bath has shower as well as a large soaking tub and the other bath a shower only). Kid bedrooms have two twin beds each, TV's with DVD and VCR players and games plus are fully decorated in Disney themes. The girls room also comes with a slide out mattress under one bed allowing for 3 people to sleep in this room. The 3rd full bathroom (with tub) is located in hallway between the kids bedrooms.

The living room and separate den rooms are both equipped with flat sceen TV's, DVD's and feature all reclining leather sofas and chairs for your ultimate comfort.

Kitchen comes fully equipped with all amenities needed for your vacation stay including dishwasher, toaster, blender for drinks, toaster, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker and all cookware/utensils needed.

Dining room table will seat eight people comfortable (table has leaf extensions). There is also a breakfast counter with 3 bar stools in the kitchen area for your convenience.

There are pool toys and games available for children in the garage and master bedroom walk in closet.

We are sure you will find this villa to be your own home away from home with all the comfort you would expect.

Great Stay

We stayed here to watch our daughter play College Softball. The house was very clean and the host was very friendly and helpful. If it all works out we will stay there again next year. That area is very nice as well. Close to everything.

Fun and great location

We had a great time at this location. Our boys enjoyed swimming in the pool and there was a ton of space for all of us. It was centralized for all the activities we wanted to do during our visit.

Fantastic home away from home!

We had a fantastic stay in this home. Everything was as described. The house was spotless when we arrived and had everything you could possibly want. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The owner was awesome to deal with and very accommodating. We were even offered a very early check in when we were moving from one house to another. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Great stay

We had a fantastic two-week stay and would highly recommend the villa. It was spotlessly clean and well kitted out with everything we needed to have a very comfortable stay. The location is quiet and peaceful which was great after a busy day at the theme parks. Great access to the I4 and a good Publix very nearby. The villa was exactly as described and communication with the owners was quick and easy. We would love to stay again. Thank you!

Great choice for a Disney vacation!

Amazing house and location.

Our family was very pleased with this property. Plenty of room for everyone, lots of games and entertainment provided and of course the pool was a hit. The location was fantastic. Short drives to Disney or really anything you wanted to do. Highly recommend and can't wait to return in thr future.

Very nice for Disney vacation

The house was very nice. Very comfortable beds. The pool was perfect for our kids, they absolutely loved it. Not far from Disney at all. The neighbors were so kind! I wish the playground was still there, but I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

Perfect for two weeks in Orlando with family of five

We were nervous about using a VRBO for the first time, but our minds were put at ease as the owner was easily accessible (even called me back to better answer my email questions before our trip).We wanted the kids (23, 25, and 26) to all have separate bedrooms, so we picked on number of bedrooms first, and then read the other reviews.Home matched the other reviews - clean, lots of amenities (most we did not need; crib, games room, pool), and good layout of the home.The best thing was a very quiet end of the street - only people walking their dogs to the natural area next to the home. We stayed 11 nights and were able to easily drive to Disney, Universal, LEGOLAND, Gator Land, Outlet Shopping, and Daytona Raceway/Beach. Great location.Publix (grocery store) close and very handy (stopped on way to VRBO to stock up). Some restaurants / fast food places close (Chipotle and Giovanni's were good choices).Bottom Line: Yes, I would stay there again. And yes, I would recommend the home to family and friends.Thank you for sharing your home.

Disney vacation

This house was perfect for a trip. We had extended family staying together. Family got their own bed and bathroom. The house had everything we needed and the listing was spot on. Great Location!

Very nice home in a peaceful neighborhood. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Nice pool to lounge around. Close to Disney attractions and about 70miles from the Kennedy Space Center. The only downside was that most of the board games were missing pieces, so if you plan on hanging out at the house I would bring your own board games. Our family would stay here again!

A Great Home!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful pool home! The beds were comfortable and we had lots of room to spread out. The owner was available at all times to answer my questions and concerns. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was perfect! The neighborhood is quiet and this house is located at the end of the street next to a playground. This is a fantastic place to stay with a family!

Wonderful Christmas

My family stayed for Christmas vacation my husband and I with 3 adult children and 1 teenage child. The property was so clean, the host was so friendly and helpful! Amazing property!

This house was exactly as posted! House was spotless and a great location! It is only 15 miles from the parks so close enough to get there quickly, but far enough away to be out of the crowds. All of the stores were very close to the house as well. The owners were very fast with responses and wonderful to work with! I had a question if something was available in the house and got a call back within 5 minutes to confirm. I would highly recommend staying here!!

Family Vacation 2024

This house is an amazing place!!! This was my first time renting a house in Florida and i was a little worried. I can tell you that i was 100% happy with our choice! Not only was the house fantastic but the owner was as well she was always available and even accommodated my hisband and I when we arrived early!! Thank you Waleska for sharing your wonder house with me and my family and making sure our vacation was perfect with making sure everything was as per my request. The pool was perfect my grandkids enjoyed it day and night, the neighborhood is quiet and safe!! We will be back and i will recommend this place to everyone i know wanting to stay in Florida!!

Clean, Well-stocked, and conveniently located for the price

We had a lovely stay at this place. The property was clean and as-described. My 3 year old fell in love with her princess room and did not want to leave. The kid rooms are just adorable. The rest of the property was very nice as well with big rooms and comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and linen closets. The location—although a bit of a drive from the Disney parks—was conveniently located near the highway, and we did not mind the 15/20 minutes drive at all. The property owner was kind enough to call to make sure that the check-in instructions were properly received. All this for a very reasonable price. We had a great stay and would stay here again when we are in the area.

Perfect getaway!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! The home has a warm feeling to it and was so comfortable for all of us. The layout was perfect for us. Beds were extremely comfortable. My kids enjoyed the heated pool probably more than the whole trip lol I really didn't think we would utilize it very much. The garage with all the games was super fun. My oldest who is 9 got to learn how to play pool. Perfect location. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It was super clean. No bugs lol the owners were very fast at responding to anything I had to ask or say I even called to see if I could check in a day sooner and they were able to accommodate that. Thank you so much for letting us stay!

Couldnt have been better!

Family of 6 arrived ages 7mo, 3y, 17-18y and 35y. For all ages in our group we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to the Disney parks and Universal. We were able to enjoy the pool later in the week as we didn't have set plans the last few days of our stay-adding pool heating was a must and so worth it! The house was very clean and well kept. Kids loved the Disney themed rooms. Beds were very comfortable. We had absolutely no complaints at all. Convenient to shopping, grocery and restaurants. The owner already had available a high chair and pack n play. I later discovered the stroller which was nice as well! Overall a very good experience and we will be looking to stay in this home the next time we visit. Thank you for a stress free experience!
