they were doing rennovations. no pool access had to go next door. the staff was like this is what it is.. smelled of all kinds of paint and other nasty stuff. dining area unkept. they should have said the hotel was doing massive rennovations.

The only thing keeping it feom getting 5 stars was the remodeling process that was still going on and the pool was closed. The room was great, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was nice. Best thing, though, was it was only 5 mins from the parks

There was no sign to say housekeeping not needed. We came back from the theme park to find our door was left ajar all day. Elevator was out of service but staircase doors were locked. Breakfast included stale cereal and no protein.
