    Our luxurious air-conditioned villa is a true home away from home situated in the prestigious Silver Creek area. Its position is ideal for easy access to everything that has made central Florida one of the most popular destinations in the world. Silver creek is located 1 mile north along highway 27 after the junction with the 192. The villa is a perfect base from which to visit all the attractions and shopping malls, or dine at one of the many nearby restaurants, or to simply relax by the south facing pool/spa and enjoy the sunshine and the views over the lake.

    The accommodation, with 4 bedrooms spread over 2 floors, is ideal for two families sharing. The comfortable great room/lounge is equipped with a 55” led television, and provides guests with a pleasant area to relax in comfort after a hectic day at the parks, shopping or sight-seeing. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need, including - large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal + all utensils and crockery.

    The villa is registered, licensed and professionally managed. The management company ensures that the villa is maintained to the highest standard. They ensure that the villa is fully cleaned for your arrival, provide a friendly and professional service to make you feel welcome, and can be contacted at any time during your stay. You can contact them by phone or in person at the office which is located a few minutes away.

Very nice house with a pool and jacuzzi is located only about 20 minutes from Disney and about 40 to Universal. The house was clean with plenty of supplies for the week. The host was super nice and very professional. Will definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for a family vacation! Had everything we needed! Exceptionally clean which is a hugh factor for me! Pool and hot tub warm as described! Quiet neighborhood! Everything is close as far as parks, food places and stores! Owner easy to communicate with and very understanding! Definitely will book again in the future!

Lovely villa in great location, plenty of room. Pool heating was great, hot tub was hot! Everything you could need for a great holiday. We only had one minor issue, which was dealt with promptly through the management team. Good communication from Joanne.

The house was exactly as we expected. It was very clean and met all our needs. Communication with Joanne was easy and she was very attentive. We were very happy that we were able to use the spa, but the November temperatures were a little too cool to use the pool. The only thing we feel the house could use is a Keurig machine.

Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Pool and spa amazing especially after a day at the parks. Loved watching turtles and birds in pond from the pool!

VILLA CLEAN WITH ALL THE FACILITIES AS LISTED. HOT TUB REALLY HOT ONCE WARMED. OVERALL A GREAT PLACE TO STAY. VERY CLOSE TO THE WALMART AND THE 'CAT CAFE' DOWN THE ROAD, (ASSUMING YOU LOVE CATS). The property is as accurate as the pictures. The house was clean, the private pool was awesome, my 12 yo loved the game room. There is a walmart 1 mile from the house. Plenty of restaurants near the property. Easy access to the local highways. We had a great time.

Cozy alternative to Disney resorts

My friends and I had a nice, relaxing stay here during our vacation! It's only about half an hour from the Disney and Universal parks. After a long day of walking around, it felt good to soak my feet in the spa!

Great house in quiet location

The house was in a lovely area overlooking a small lake. The facilitities were exactly as advertised. The pool & spa were lovely. We loved the pool heat especially when using it in the morning. A tranquil place to unwind but not too far from the theme parks.We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property. Downtown Clermont is a nice place to visit too.

Vacation

We stayed at the house, it was very nice. Probably the best thing about staying at a house when visiting Disney is the space and privacy which there is. The pool was very nice and the second floor gives the children a place of their own.
