It was a last minute decision while going to an event in Kissimmee. The price was good, the room was clean you could smell the cleaning stuff they used to clean with. Was well stocked with towels and all and had a small refrigerator and microwave. Just perfect no issue with the room we had. They do have a pool but we didn't utilize it since we had nothing for swimming. Plenty of parking and the hotel sits back off the road so you gotta turn in right by Perkins there is a gift shop on the other side going in. You have Racetrack and 7 11 plus Bob Evans close by and can walk there. The hotel offers a continental breakfast from 7 til 10 am. It is only 10 minute drive to Old Town, Food Truck World, Fun Spot. Close to Disney property only 3 minutes away. Definitely would stay again.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff with amazing housekeeping. Housekeeping was only available on request but clean towels were offered daily. Breakfast however was lacking variety.
