The resort is a tropical oasis surrounded by over 300 acres of protected wetland and wooded areas providing a tranquil environment yet so close to all the action and attractions that the Orlando area offers.

Our villa is professionally managed and cleaned. The management company has adopted advanced cleaning and disinfecting protocols.

Recent updates include: new luxury vinyl plank flooring in all bedrooms, new stainless steel appliances in kitchen (fridge, range, dishwasher), and pool resurfaced and re-tiled.

Our well kept, spacious 4 bedroom 3 bath pool/spa home is located in the beautiful, guard gated Emerald Island Resort only 3 miles from Walt Disney World! Excellent one floor layout perfect for families of all ages. Guests are welcome to use the Resort amenities.

Clean & comfortable! With 2 PRIMARY BEDROOMS each with a private ENSUITE BATHROOM, a large living room & dining room, a family room, & a fully equipped kitchen & dinette area this is the ideal home when travelling with extended families or friends. Truly an excellent value providing so much more room, comfort, and convenience than what you get with a standard hotel room.

Pool and spa heating is recommended for stays from October through April and is available as an optional extra. FOR YOUR COMFORT AND ENJOYMENT, OUR POOL AND SPA FEATURES 2 SEPARATE HEATERS! The pool heat is set to 85 degrees and the spa heat, when activated, is set to 104 degrees. Pool & spa heating is $30/day plus tax & must be booked at least 72 hours prior to date of arrival and for the duration of the stay. (Please see note below re: the pool heat)

This spacious 4 BEDROOM villa which can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests with a KING primary bedroom, a QUEEN primary bedroom, another QUEEN bedroom, a TWIN bedroom, & a sofa bed. The full size kitchen is perfect for grabbing anything from a quick snack to preparing a gourmet dinner.

The large living room is a great place to gather to plan your days activities & has a double sleeper sofa & there is a full dining room area. The open concept kitchen has a 2nd eating area which includes a convenient breakfast bar. The family room provides lots of room to unwind & watch a movie after your busy day & overlooks the pool with spillover spa & patio. The games room provides family fun and additional entertainment for all!

Looking for some sun, sand, and surf? Cocoa Beach is approx. 1 hour drive away and the Gulf Coast (Tampa, Clearwater Beach, Siesta Key Beach) are approx. 1.5 hours.

Some things to note:
The backyard "splash" pools, when heated, will not feel warm like a bathtub, nor are they designed to. They are designed to be used as a place to "cool off" & splash around. Public swimming pools are typically set to approx. 78 - 82 degrees. Our pool heater is set to 85 degrees. We also have an additional heater for the "on demand" spa (set to 104 degrees) & our heating fee is for both the pool heat & the spa heat.

All homes in Florida with electric pool heaters/pumps will be affected by the ambient temperature. If it is very cold outside, all of the pools with electric heaters may struggle to achieve &/or maintain the optimal temperature (this is especially true if the temp drops below 55). So while the pool might not be able to heat to the desired temperature during really cold weather, the pump is still running during the day, & the pool will typically be warmer than if the heat had not been turned on at all. Because of this, we also have a propane heater for the spa which is not affected by the ambient temperature. The spa, when activated, should be able to heat to the optimal temperature (104 degrees) regardless of the ambient/outdoor temperature although it may take a few minutes longer.

There are two exterior cameras: one is positioned at the side of the house facing the heater(s) & pool pump; the other facing the corner of the driveway/garage. For your privacy, no audio is recorded, there are no cameras inside the home and the cameras have no view of the pool or pool deck.

Parking: cars staying overnight on the resort require a resort access card/pass. Up to 2 car passes are included with your stay. The resort allows for up to 6 cars overnight. Additional passes, if required, can be purchased at the resort upon arrival for $20 each.
