Beautiful Spacious 3 Bedroom Villa with Private Pool and Wonderful Lake View

After a hectic day at one of the theme parks, a lazy day at the beach or perhaps just time spent around the swimming pool, relax in a beautiful villa with panoramic lake views.
This spacious fully furnished and recently redecorated villa boasts a lounge, dining room, family area, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast area, 3 bedrooms (master with en-suite), bathroom & laundry room leading to a double garage. FREE WIFI
The delightful lounge and dining areas are at the front of the property leading to a sizeable kitchen with all major appliances and breakfast space. Both the comfortable family area - with large smart TV & master bedroom have sliding doors leading to the enclosed patio and pool, giving access to a covered area with a table and chairs for those hot summer days, all overlooking the lake. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a large walk-in wardrobe, bedroom 2 has a double bed, bedroom 3 twin beds, all with TV's. The en-suite bathroom has twin wash basins, bath, shower cubicle and separate toilet. The second bathroom is conveniently located between bedrooms 2 & 3.
The property is fully air conditioned and has both cable TV and Wi-Fi available and is maintained by a local professional management company.
Highway 192 is only 2 miles away, where there is access to a Walmart supermarket, numerous restaurants, shops and other family entertainment. With many other attractions including Kennedy Space Center, Tampa's Busch Gardens and beautiful Floridian beaches only approximately one hour drive away, makes this the ideal holiday home.

Kissimmee Villa Stay.

Vey comfortable spacious house in a very nice neighbourhood. Well equipped and suitable for a family stay. Pool area in need of some maintenance and painting, netting in need of repair. Alarm system not operating and in need of service.

Lovely Property in a quiet location

This is a lovely spacious home with with a nice pool, it's well equipped and had everything we needed for our 5 week stay. It was nice and cool inside despite the 30++ temperature outside. Only a short drive to Celebration which is a beautiful little community, 20 minutes or so depending on traffic and you are at Disney Springs.

Very good for the money

The carpets could use a good cleaning. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The house could use some new frying pans, a cookie sheet, a casserole dish and sharper knives. We did enjoy our stay and the view of the lake was very entertaining with all the ducks and an alligator. We stayed for a month and would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Good location, easy access, private pool, lovely view. Cons: Rock hard beds, kitchen somewhat lacking in basics (could not even find a cookie sheet,) pool area needs a little sprucing up.

NICE

Easy entrance and alarm disarming. Did notice the pet stains on the carpet in the dinning/lounge area. We did not use this area nor allowed our small dog in the area during our 6 week stay. the nicely decorated house with artificial plants imparted a warm homey feeling. Some of the major appliances were relatively new supporting a functional kitchen. Could have used a cookie sheet but the pizza pan made due. The location was on a side street and traffic and noise was minimal. Slept well on the bed, just had to get use to a foam mattress. It was restful and quiet so we really enjoyed the stay. Would stay again if the opportunity came up.

The property manager answered all questions in a timely manner. We did not spend much time at the property but it met our needs. I was anticipating extremely uncomfortable beds after reading the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised to find they had been replaced.

Great place to stay with the family

Communication was great from the start. Received check in information 2 weeks prior to stay. Everything was accurate and informative. Place was very nice, it was clean, had everything we needed. It was a short drive to Disney as well as shopping that we needed. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. We loved the layout of the house, we have two children and the bedrooms are away from the front door. They are directly across the house from the masterbedroom. We had a wonderful stay. We would stay again. Highly recommended.

Overall pretty good. Internet wasn't working right. Tvs and ipads always going off while watching tv.and god forbid you leave a glass in the sink.really bad ant problem. I live in Florida too, exterminator will take care of that.dont blame the renter.Pool was nice tho

Pleasant home in Working Family Community

We were staying in the area for a business trip and the house suited our needs very well. The house was supplied with what was necessary but the kitchen tools were minimal and not of high quality. The property was very clean and the view of the lake was wonderful. The neighbors were quiet and the lanai was relaxing to sit out on. However, we were disappointed in the comfort of the beds. The beds were very hard and you could feel the springs. We ended up cutting out stay short a night because we could not sleep well on them. We would consider staying here again if the beds are replaced.

Great location but some issues

The house is in a great location and perfect for all parks, activities and shopping. Quiet and peaceful and a lovely neighbourhood. The details for the door codes etc need to be clearer and the alarms on the doors and difficult to work. We had issues with cleanliness and general repair of the property. It needs some TLC on basic things like blinds and windows, what really lets it down is cleanliness. It’s a rental so carpets etc you do expect wear and tear however sadly on our arrival hoovering left

Disney World Adventure

Easy to find, spacious, pretty lake, quiet neighborhood. Comfy beds. House is in need of paint, grout and carpet. Definitely pet friendly. Could use a doggie gate between formal carpeted rooms and vinyl . I made a barrier with iron board. My pup is only 3lbs. But the carpet had many stains from previous pets. Pool wasn’t heated so we called manager Craig whom walked us through set up. Malfunctioning pool alarm on sliding door went off numerous times and came off door and had to be rehung. Broken shower door handle in master. But none of this ruined our stay. We had wonderful time at parks and this quiet house was a great retreat.

All in all , lovely

We stayed here for a convention in Orlando. The house was clean, spacious, very adequate for what we needed. The only negatives were: the alarm on the door going from the living room to the pool area was confusing. The one in the bedroom seemed to be disabled, which was fine with us, so we went in and out of the bedroom - inconvenient for the person staying in that bedroom but it was the only way to deal with the alarm. Also the mattress in the master bedroom was a joke. It is SO SO UNCOMFORTABLE. To the point that the last two nights my friend staying in that room (she is pregnant so I gave her the master) slept on the sofa. When you sat down, it literally makes a thud like you are sitting on plywood. I read this in earlier reviews but did not take it seriously. Please take it seriously!!!!!! Luckily the sofa is very comfortable! Other than those two things, the house is great, the pool is nice, location is fabulous! Would stsy again if I’m in the area - I’d just sleep on the sofa or one of the other hard but not as hard beds!

Nice place to stay

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay. Quiet neighbourhood and about 10 - 15 min drive to restaurants and 10 min drive to groceries/Walmart. Very smooth gaining access to the house and then dis-arming/arming the house alarm. House was very clean inside. Furniture was very comfortable. We were relieved to see that the mattresses had been changed from the hard ones mentioned in previous reviews, to much more comfortable ones. Kitchen was well equipped but required a quick trip to the Dollar Tree. No big deal, we spent about $25 and added the little items “we” use on a regular basis. We had to call the Mgmt Company a couple of times…to get some fry pans and to address issues with the blinds, and in both instances, Craig and Richard were very responsive. The sliding door pool alarms proved to be a pain. One went off at 1:00am and scared the heck out of us! We couldn’t get it to turn off so we had to disarm them by removing the batteries. We re-reinstalled the batteries when we left. Not sure why they are there because the house alarm chimes loudly every time any door or window is opened. The pool was great without the heater but we had unseasonably warm weather during our stay. The view from the pool deck is fantastic. Lots of wildlife. Overall the pool area and some areas inside the house require some attention from an upkeep and maintenance perspective, but these things in no way impacted our stay. We had a very relaxing stay and didn’t want to leave.

Comfortable stay but many issues

The villa was spacious in a good, quiet location. About 20-30 mins from Disney. Sofas and beds were comfy, but beds were noisy. The bins were put out for us, strange but appreciated. The villa does come with some issues: - The villa needs a deep clean, we saw dust on the main headboard, on plug sockets, top of TV cabinets etc. - We found a dead gecko (!) in the corner of first living area and dead insects in the master. - The disarm button on the pool door alarm didn’t work from the pool side - noisy coming back in, needs to be fixed. - The pink hairdryer is rubbish. The one in main bathroom is good. - There are lots of loose tiles in the kitchen. There’s one in the middle of the kitchen that’s broken and you could cut yourself if you’re not careful. - The airer is broken - The pool was cold Three days before leaving, we received a phone call at 3pm: “you shouldn’t be there”. It was a very abrupt phone call, and the person didn’t believe us that we were staying 3 more days, so we emailed over the booking of our stay to prove the correct number of days. The cleaner was already there and waiting for us to leave. This is not acceptable. It’s worth noting the time of the phone call at 3pm - perhaps suggesting why the villa wasn’t as clean as it should be.There was no apology from the management or follow up call to reassure us, causing us unnecessary stress. We did enjoy our stay overall, but we think it's in need of some TLC and some updated photos.

The pool was a little cold , but once we added the pool heating it was lovely, October can be cold , so we expected to put the heating on, but tried it first. The pool area was comfortable, we had enough chairs and sunbeds for the four of us.
