2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Extremely disappointed experience. This property is advertised as a 2 bedroom apt, but in reality is a 1 bedroom unit. What the host calls the 2nd bedroom is part of the living room separated by see-through decorative partition. No privacy at all. Zillow and property appraisal and the building facilities identify the unit as 1 bedroom. Even worse, there was an extremely strong odor inside the apt that made it impossible for my family to stay there. At least three members of our family began experiencing respiratory problems shortly after being inside. We were concerned about the possibility of mold or another indoor air quality issue. The host’s response made the situation worse. We attempted to contact him at the phone provided to resolve these issues, but he was unresponsive when needed assistance and he only answered to vrbo. Victor was very rude and unhelpful. Based on out experience, I would not recommend this property.
