This is a contemporary, fully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo located in the main complex, close to theme parks and Convention Center.

Very close to the pool complex and clubhouse, less than 1 minute walk.

Located in front of new Universal theme park - EPIC UNIVERSE

The beautiful and modern master suite includes a King bed, while the second bedroom offers two Queen beds with ample space. The third bedroom contains two Full beds. This condo comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.

A portable crib and high chair are available at no extra charge.

Each bedroom and the living room feature LED Smart TVs with Roku, and Cable TV , and free Wi-Fi is included.

The modern, open kitchen boasts granite countertops and is fully equipped with appliances, including a coffee maker, Keurig machine, toaster, dishwasher, blender, dishes, cookware, and silverware—everything you need for a home away from home.

There are two full bathrooms, both stocked with towels and a hair dryer.

Additional amenities include a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. The condo also has central heating and air conditioning.

Located on the ground floor, this unit is located about 1 minute walking from the pool, close to clubhouse, and gym, and features an open veranda with chairs and a table.

We were so grateful to have somewhere close to both Dinsey and Universal for our family vacation. We had a phenomenal stay at the property on a family trip to Orlando. It was easily accessible and communication with management was clear. The property had all the needed amenities and was right in the center of it all. It was close to the airport, Disney, and Universal.

Amazing Property and Location

What a great vacation we had which was only enhanced by this wonderful property. The grounds are manicured, and all the staff was extremely friendly. The pool was just perfect and not crowded so easy to relax. AS far as the home it is on point with the description and very well kept. All the beds were comfortable and the home was clean. We could not have asked for a better location with being only a quick mile from Epic Universe. We will defiantly rent out this property again as it is the best we have stayed at during our vacations. Thank you again for sharing your home to make our trip special.

Perfect Location

We were in town for a dance competition at the Hilton Convention Center. The condo was so close. It was clean and right by the pool. Walking distance to grocery, pharmacy and some great restaurants and cafes. Will definitely stay again!

Nice alternative to a hotel during trade show at OCCC

We stayed here before, during and after a week long trade show at the nearby Orange County Convention center. Having more living space and access to the pool and other amenities was so much nicer than staying at a hotel. The unit was clean and comfortable and you can’t beat the location…just steps from the pool. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. I highly recommend this property and this host.

Was a lovely and well equipped condo with a perfect location to the club house. We enjoyed the quick walk to the pool. There’s a WalGreens and Moma’s Cafe just a quick walk around the corner from condo. Hardly leave the property. Food was amazing for breakfast and lunch. Would stay here again.

Very close to clubhouse and pool. Place was clean with plenty of room. Short drive to the parks. We had an issue with the dryer and it was replaced the same day. Ana is very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Great location

The condo was perfect for our family and it was in a great location. The hostess was very helpful and we were able to check in early. The main pool near our condo was closed for renovations but it was a nice and short walk to the other pools. They were very nice. Plus you could get food and drinks there. There was a Publix across the road and restaurants near by. I would recommend this condo and would stay there again.

Great place and close to attractions

Great 3 bedroom condo. Located on ground level, so no stairs for those concerned. About a 30 second walk to main pool and 5 min walk to other pool. Walgreens and a small micro brewery within 2 min walk. Parking is free and easy. Pets are welcomed as our bed sheets had little dog hairs on them. This was the only reason why I gave it 4 stars for cleaning. Publix is very close by. You need a vehicle to get around. It was quiet at night and very safe.

We liked the appartment, It was clean, exept for two dead roaches that my son threw to the garbage. The master bedroom mattress was very hard, and the rest of the mattresses were too soft in the middle. We would love to stay again, We are in Orlando twice a year. Thank you
