The Space:

Sunlight streams through the wide living spaces as you unwind after a day at the parks, coffee in hand and plans for dinner forming around the kitchen island. In the evening the movie theater room invites you to sink into plush seats while the game room buzzes with friendly competition. A quick step onto the private patio lets you dip into the pool or soak in the hot tub while the Florida warmth lingers into the night. This gated Solara Resort villa feels like a home built for togetherness, offering room for every member of a large group to relax and recharge.



Sleeping arrangements

Seven bedrooms provide a mix of king, queen and bunk options, all with their own bathroom access where noted. Bedroom 1 features a king bed downstairs with an ensuite bathroom for two guests. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a king bed and ensuite bathroom, also sleeping two. Bedroom 4 offers a king bed for two. Bedroom 5 combines a king and a queen bed, accommodating four. Bedroom 6 includes two queen beds and a Jack‑and‑Jill bathroom, sleeping four. Bedroom 7 has a queen bed plus a bunk (twin over full) and its own Jack‑and‑Jill bathroom, also sleeping four. With 5.5 bathrooms, mornings run smoothly even for a full house.



Kitchen & dining

A large kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances handles everything from quick breakfasts to shared family meals. Multiple indoor dining areas let you gather around the table for a casual bite or a celebratory dinner, while a BBQ grill on the patio extends dining outdoors whenever the mood strikes.



Living spaces

Two distinct living areas give everyone space to spread out. The family room offers ample seating for the whole group, while the dedicated movie theater room creates a cozy setting for film nights. The adjacent game room adds extra entertainment for downtime between attractions.



Outdoor living

The private patio is furnished for relaxation and group gatherings, with comfortable outdoor seating, a sparkling pool, and a hot tub. A BBQ grill makes it easy to enjoy alfresco meals, and the year‑round warm climate means the space is usable any time of year.

Pet‑friendly policies welcome your furry companions, and a Pack ’n Play is available for little ones. A washer and dryer, air‑conditioning, heating, and a dedicated workspace keep daily life convenient. Neighborhood

Just a short drive from Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and other Central Florida attractions, the villa serves as a central home base in Kissimmee for large families or groups seeking space, comfort and easy access to the region’s top experiences.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities



Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. There is (2) spots designated in the driveway but you can park an extra vehicle in the overflow parking lot around the corner.



The Neighborhood:

The Solara Resort Grand Clubhouse features an expansive water complex. A wave simulator offers a perfect opportunity to learn how to surf, or, if you are a seasoned surfer, show off your skills. The little ones will prefer the splash pad for some fun in the sun. Why not join them and let your inner child come out to play? When it’s time to take a break everyone will love to cool off with an ice-cream from the Solara Resort ice-cream parlor or a cold drink from the bar by the pool.



Solara Resort includes a basketball court, volleyball court, tennis court and a full-size soccer field. If you’re not a sports-fan but like to stay in shape, you can workout in the large fitness center at the clubhouse.



At the end of the day, you might find your teens at the teen hangout center where they have already made new friends. If they’re not ready to leave just yet, that’s fine too; hungry tummies will soon find their way over to the bar & grill where you’re already chilling with a drink.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
