Breakfast was absolutely amazing the food service staff was all the very best and so friendly. Andrew and Isabella at the front desk make everything prefect. I had arranged for an early check in weeks prior to our stay but the customer service guy we started with was dishonest about rooms being unavailable after neing awake and traveling for over 40hours. Andrew made up for that rough start. Housekeepers are incredible and efficient.

The staff are always very friendly. We prefer not to have our room cleaned while we stay at hotels to give us more of a being at home feeling because I tend to clean up before housekeeping comes, and Drury is always fine with that. The breakfast is always good and hot and the Kickback in the evening has very good meal options.
