The Space:

The scent of fresh coffee mingles with the faint aroma of breakfast cooking in a fully stocked kitchen, promising a day of adventure just minutes away. After a night of rest, you step onto the soft carpet of a spacious living area, the flat‑screen TV inviting you to unwind with a favorite show before heading out to the theme parks.



Sleeping arrangements

Three comfortable bedrooms provide ample space for families or groups, each set up with cozy beds that invite a restful night. Two full bathrooms are conveniently located, offering privacy and ease for everyone in your party.



Living space

The family‑friendly living room features plush couches arranged for conversation and relaxation, while a flat‑screen TV keeps entertainment within easy reach. A free washer and dryer are tucked nearby, making longer stays hassle‑free.



Kitchen & dining

A large kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances and all the cookware you might need makes it simple to prepare a hearty breakfast or a quick snack before heading out. A dining area at the kitchen table offers a place to gather and plan the day’s itinerary.



Outdoor living

Step onto the balcony to enjoy a quiet moment overlooking the resort community, or wander down to the resort‑style pool, lazy river, and splash pad that are included with your stay at no extra cost. The clubhouse adds extra fun with mini‑golf, a sand volleyball court, a sport court, and a canoe/kayak launch area, all just steps from your door.

You’re a short drive from Orlando’s world‑class attractions: Disney World is 12‑25 minutes away, Universal Studios 25‑30 minutes, and SeaWorld 20‑22 minutes. After a day of thrills, you can return to the calm of Storey Lake Resort, where dining options a few miles away offer a variety of family‑friendly meals.

Guest Access:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in front of the building. Our condo is located on the 4th floor of the building - the building does include elevators to access the condo.



The Neighborhood:

Located right in the heart of Kissimmee. Nestled near the ever-so-beloved Walt Disney World, as well as SeaWolrd Orlando and Universal Studios.



Storey Lake Resort is a gated master-planned resort community that offers convenient access to everything from fine-dining restaurants, spas, health centers, clinics, local transport stations, and shopping destinations all within a short distance drive. The community clubhouse offers a community swimming pool, full-service restaurant, tiki bar, splash pad, sand volleyball, and mini-golf.



Getting Around:

Renting a car is the best way to get around and explore Orlando/Kissimmee. You'll have free parking when booking our property.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
