2/2 Getaway with Private Balcony near Disney
Peaceful and spacious this escape offers serenity mixed with resort living in the heart of Central Florida. Step onto the screened in balcony to enjoy the Florida weather. You will be on the top floor (4th floor) so there are no upstairs neighbors. The elevator and stairs are just a few meters away. Close to Disney parks, with free parking, and amenities like a pool with a bar and restaurant, gym and playground, you can live like you are on vacation everyday. This space is perfect for remote work or a family getaway.
No smoking in the home. The balcony has a lush natrual view of trees, with a small walkway.
Pets are allowed for a fee.
Access to the entire home will be given once the rental agreement is signed and you are given the access codes before your arrival date and time.
We are one mile from Publix and major highways such as Interstate 4 (I-4). I-4 will lead you to beaches on the west or east coast, various Sprngs, theme parks and attractions all over Central Florida. From Greater Orlando area attractions to Disney, ESPN Center and Margaritaville, this is an ideal location for a great vacation.

Guest agree to notify us within three hours of checkin if there are any issues with the home.
