Very nice house and family friendly! Would definitely stay here again as it was so easy to walk to the park and pool with the kids to get outside the house. The pool with the house my kids LOVED!

Overall the Solara resort and the property were nice. The clubhouse, restaurant, and amenities were a great addition. Regarding this property specifically, a few areas of improvement like cleanliness of the stairs area and the pool are needed. The carpet on the stairs needs a good cleaning as there were dirt stains all throughout. There were also what looked to be dirt stains in various areas on the walls and large nail holes. The pool was dirty as well and not really usable. Other than that the home was nice. There was a bit of noise as there appeared to be loud music from a party playing all night long. I would recommend a curfew be put in place regarding loud music.

This property had the most bare minimum amenities that I’ve ever stayed in. Yes it’s beautiful and big, but there are no towels. Things are falling off the wall and paid extra for pool heat, which did not work except for one day, and they still have not responded to me regarding getting a refund. Do not rent here!
