The lighting in the hallways going to the room was interesting gave off a scary movie vibe. The laundry though pricey was very nice. "This is the 3rd time I stayed at Hotel Nikko Osaka and we picked the Executive Double Room with Club Lounge Access. It’s a bit disappointing because lack of snack / drinks options in the lounge. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious as we paid NZ$580 per night. Well, I will try another 5-star hotel when I come to Osaka in the future. "

"Air conditioning was very bad during our stay. Even with the AC fan set to high, it barely felt like any air was coming out. The thermostat was set to 20°C, which is the lowest setting, but the room still felt very hot, especially at night. We stayed for 3 nights and were sweating every night because of how warm the room was. We complained to the front desk multiple times, but they said they could not do anything about it. They also did not have fans to provide. One staff member even suggested using the humidifier as a fan. If you are coming from a cold place or you are a hot sleeper, I would recommend choosing a different hotel."
