"You can't find a better location as you are in the heart of Osaka, yet it is super quiet at the hotel. Great amenities, air conditioning worked perfectly, coffee and tea available for free in the lobby. This is a fantastic hotel to stay at when visiting Osaka. "
"The hotel is beautiful and has an excellent location. The staff was very welcoming and serviceable. The room was comfortable, spacious, and the bathroom offered both options of shower and tub, which was superb. The washing machine (with English instructions), was very useful even though I did not I would use. Overall, it was a great stay."
"Great hotel in amazing spot with huge onsen! Namba station is right next door and so close to Dotonbori. Loved my stay here as the location was just amazing. The onsen could get very crowded but it tells you in the TV the levels of crowded so you can plan accordingly. Don’t miss a sunset on the rooftop! "
