Close to beaches, golf courses and shops. Located 35 minutes from Murcia airport and 45 minutes from Alicante airport, come and spend your holidays in a sunny, idyllic and quiet setting. The beaches some 8 minutes away, 5 golf courses nearby, bike rides or walks along the canal and countless culinary discoveries (Spanish, Argentinian, Asian, Indian, French restaurants). In short, an enchanting stay. Description of the apartment 1st floor apartment which was renovated in 2022 2 bedrooms (4 people maximum) 2 bathrooms (2 showers and baths), 2 toilets living room indoor and outdoor dining Fully equipped kitchen: electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, percolator, toaster, electric juicer, washing machine, ironing board and iron. 2 terraces Air conditioning in each bedroom and living room (new) TV with all international channels Fast Wi-Fi (with fiber optic) Deckchairs Free outdoor parking 2 community pools in front of the apartment. Less than ten minutes by car you will find the shopping center of La Zenia Boulevard which houses 180 stores and has ample indoor and outdoor parking. Inspired by the American Open Mall, you will find fashion, telephony, DIY, household appliances, restaurants, bars, a hypermarket, areas for children, playground etc... It is open to the public from Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. without interruption (except for the cinema and the leisure and restaurant area, which remain open later). The surroundings of the apartment Club House on Las Ramblas is the perfect place to have a drink and eat local and international cuisine. It is located just 300m from the apartment. This place has a lot to offer both in terms of restaurants and bars. The closest are all about 15 minutes walk from the apartment at a place called La Fuente. At La Fuente you will find 15 restaurants and 4 bars. By car 2 minutes! You will also find supermarkets, bakeries, shops... You are also not very far from Cabo Roig, La Zenia and Villamartin and Torrevieja (10 minutes by car). Cities to visit Not far from Las Ramblas you can visit many famous places: Murcia, Elche, Alicante, Orihuela, Cartagena. The beaches Not far away are many sandy beaches such as Cabo Roig, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Punta Prima, La Mata... Water sports are obviously practicable. The popular Mar Menor region is around 15 minutes away. Many local bars and restaurants offer traditional cuisine. This place is well known for its lagoon and for the temperature of its water: 19° in winter. Everything you could possibly need was provided. Very comfortable bed. Lovely view over the golf course. Five minutes drive to shops and restaurants or a lovely walk along the ramblas. Just one slight niggle was a rather unpleasant smell from the guest bathroom but as it was just the two of us we didn’t use it. Suppose it would need addressing if there were more guests.
