    Refurbished 3 bedroom 3 bathroom property within 3 minutes walk to Villamartin Plaza. Communal pool and beautiful views in a quiet location with the benefit of being close to all amenities. Come and stay in a home from home with everything provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The house is in a quiet area with pool and gardens but with the advantage of 3 minutes walking distance to the Villamartin Plaza with restaurants and bars for your convenience and entertainment. The nearest beach is La Zenia which is 2 miles away. The Boulevard shopping centre is 2 miles away with over 200+ shops and boast being the largest in the Alicante region.

Car hire is advisable but not essential as all amenities are within walking distance. There is a local bus service which operates 8am - 8pm and arrives hourly, should you wish to go further afield
