This lovely property is located in a quiet urbanization in the rural part of Villamartin, with views from some of the terraces onto part of Villamartin golf course behind. An amazing point about this villa is that it has two communal pools shared between six properties. In compliance with Real Decreto 9/2024 for Midterm rentals. The Space: The layout of this property is unique ,the main living space is located upstairs giving you some lovely views from the double-sided balconies and the bedrooms are all located on the ground floor. You enter the property on the ground floor; on this level, you will find the three bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, bedside cabinets built-in wardrobes, and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a door to access the garden via an additional patio. The master bedroom and the second bedroom both have king-sized beds, bedside cabinets, built-in wardrobes, and air-conditioning. The third bedroom has two single beds with bedside cabinets and built-in wardrobes.
