The property has access to a lovely communal pool within a few minutes walk. There is Spanish TV and as of 2025, air conditioning in the Lounge, Master bedroom, and second bedroom. It is a 10 minutes walk to the nearest bars and restaurants and a 5 minutes drive to the nearest supermarkets. The nearest beach is a 5 minute drive away. .For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed. The Space: There is a double bedroom and 2 single beds upstairs and one bedroom with 2 single beds downstairs. The family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower.
