On the first floor of this new complex and having lift facilities, it has a very spacious living room with satellite television and plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the mod cons you can think of. It has two bedrooms with the master having a double bed and ensuite full family bathroom. The master bedroom also has an entrance to the terrace as well. The second bedroom has two single beds and there is a separate full shower room. There is a very large spacious terrace off of the living room overlooking the communal pool and children's area. With all of its facilities this is the perfect holiday home. The area offers more than most holiday areas for you to enjoy, beach, golf, plenty of entertainment and sun!!! This lovely apartment is in a gated private complex and only a two minute walk to the Villamartin Plaza, home to over 40 restaurants and bars to suit any taste. Being close to all amenities required on holiday a rental car not required. The apartment is literally a one minute walk to the Villamartin Plaza with a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5 star dining in many of the well know restaurants, we even have one owned by a TOWIE cast member. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. Also during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch with stars such as Leo Sayer, Ray Lewis of the Drifters, Rob Falsini, The Foundations, Los Pacaminos ft Paul Young, Tony Christie, Andy Abraham, Paul Da Vinci, Ges Rogers Union Gap and in 2019 Les McKeown's Bay City Rollers on Tour and more. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks and doctor. For the golfer the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minutes drive if not just next door. In the near proximity there is the Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well. We suggest if you are looking for ease of booking and discounted green fees to contact Albatross Golf in Los Dolses. Also now visit the new Zenia Blvd shopping mall considered to be the largest in Europe and only a 5 minute drive away, or catch a taxi or use the local bus service! The location of this apartment makes it the perfect holiday retreat for families or golfing groups. As with all In The Sun Holiday villas, a starter welcome pack is included with coffee, tea, milk, water, juice and a bottle of Cava to start the holiday right! \*NOTE\*: PLEASE SEE NOTES UNDER PRICES FOR ANY ADDITIONAL COST AND OFFERING INFORMATION. \-There is a compulsory 70 euro end of stay cleaning fee payable on arrival to the agent at key handover.
