Wir kamen am Dienstag, den 05/7-22 gegen 18 Uhr an, nach 18 Stunden Fahrt. Nach dem Abendessen gegen 20 Uhr gingen wir im Pool schwimmen. Nur mit Badekleidung und 1 Schlüsselsatz bekleidet, schlossen wir die Tür zur Wohnung. Beim Versuch, die Wohnung erneut zu betreten, konnten wir die Tür nicht aufschließen. , aber sie waren geschlossen. Wir nahmen Kontakt mit dem Sicherheitsdienst auf, der ebenfalls versuchte einzudringen … ohne Erfolg. Mit Hilfe der Security bekamen wir einen Schlüsseldienst, den wir kontaktierten. Sie kamen gegen 23 Uhr an und 30 Minuten später konnten wir die Wohnung wieder betreten. Dies kostete € 288,-. Die Ursache für den Türstau war der zweite Schlüsselsatz, der sich noch im Inneren befand. in der Tür stecken. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe und bei der Einweisung in die Wohnung wurden wir weder darauf hingewiesen „Schlüssel nicht in der Tür drinnen lassen, wenn Sie ausgehen“, noch ist dies als Hinweis/Hinweis festgelegt, im Material der Wohnung. So waren wir uns der sehr unangenehmen Situation, die wir erleben mussten, überhaupt nicht bewusst, und wir taten dies auch nicht zufällig oder aus einem anderen Grund … wir hatten einfach nicht die nötigen Informationen. Danke für Ihre Aufmerksamkeit. ——-Außerdem bedarf der Pool einer kompletten Reinigung, da Algen vorhanden sind ny Plätze im Inneren des Pools. Vor allem in den Filterzonen. Ein Bügeleisen vermissen wir auch, und ein paar neue Stühle im Wohnzimmer wären gut (2 Stühle haben Löcher, diese sind mit einem Blan bedeckt
