Located 3.5 km from the beautiful ZENIA beach and next to the Villamartin and Campoamor golf courses. This 4-person flat has 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (one with a 1.60 m double bed, the other with 2 single beds), 2 shower rooms (with underfloor heating) and WC, a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room and living room. It also has a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a storage area, a 14m² terrace with a breathtaking 180° view of the sea, a balcony in the master bedroom, an underground parking space (25) (opened by remote control). The air conditioning (hot and cold) is managed by an Airzone control unit. All appliances are fully equipped. Outside: the enclosed communal area has a lawn for relaxing, a swimming pool with a section for small children, a jacuzzi and showers.
