"The floor was very dirty, no dust pan or broom, coffee was out, and there were no coffee filters. There's supposed to be a cleaning crew, but I have not seen a cleaning crew here for any other room. I'm only here for a week, so I did not want to buy the cleaning supplies that were supposed to be available to me, along with the cleaning crew not showing up. The bed is comfortable. When I arrived, the wifi was not working. After it was fixed though, it works well. "

"The whole place was dirty the bed was in the wtong place space heater was in the way had to roll over bed to get to the washroom place was small had to open all the windows because it was so hot in the place not comfortable there found hair on bed washroom and kitchen had problems closing the closet door and the place was not that clean"

"The home was lovely and was perfect for a family of 5. My boys, ages 10 and 8 LOVED the extra room off the master. The place was incredibly clean and well stocked. My only suggestion would be to add shades to the windows in the bedrooms for "sleeping in" purposes. "
