The Pfister Hotel
Perfect stay at an iconic hotel. Having a drink in the 23rd floor lounge is an absolute must. Staff is polished and professional. Hope to stay there again.

Customer service was great until staff didn’t communicate properly about the parking and when told they made a error now she had to talk to other staff and I wanted a regular room they gave me a hearing accessible room when trying to change it I was given the run around thru Expedia and request wasn’t ...
