About this property

Stunning home with hot tub, 2 Masters, 4 full baths, close to Sundance, BYU, UVU

  • This spacious remodeled home with an ADA friendly bathroom boasts a dining table that seats 12 and a chef's kitchen with two fridges. 3 living areas make it easy to be all together or have smaller conversations, and 2 of the 5 bedrooms are master suites. One master is attached to an ADA friendly bathroom designed to accommodate guests with mobility challenges. 4 full bathrooms total make it a breeze to get everyone ready in the mornings. A large covered patio in the back yard sits next to a 5 person hot tub. At the end of the street is a beautiful park with splash pad and mini- golf and Provo Canyon is right around the corner. BYU - 10 min, UVU - 11 min, Sundance - 13 min. Restaurants, groceries, and shopping only 5 minutes away.

    Our neighbors have asked that if guests park on the street it’s only in front of our house. With the circular driveway, there is plenty of room for 6 cars total.
