In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 7 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 7.4 km, pebble beach 600 m. Tennis 7 km, riding stable 7 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 100 m. Swimming pool with hydromassage.
    5-room villa 240 m2 on 3 levels, south facing position. Living/dining room 70 m2 with open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC.
