It was completely rebuilt and renovated in 2004\. It has only solar power, which limits the use of electrical appliances. However, there is a connection to the mobile network here. The whole property has a few small terraces. Attic with minimum ceiling height of 10 cm. Below the house, a footpath lined with bushes leads to the sea, where you can swim. The last 300 m of the driveway is unpaved and uneven. Wer aber die absolute Ruhe abseits der Touristenhotspots sucht ist hier genau richtig.Das Haus liegt abgelegen auf einem Traumhaften Grundstück mit einem 250m langen Pfad durch pure Natur zum Wasser.Der Zugang zum Wasser ist privat und es ist keine Menschenseele in irgendeine Richtung zu sehen.Ein Paddelboard empfiehlt sich, damit können einsame Buchten Nordwestlich des Wasserzugangs erkundet werden.Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich.Zunächst durch steile Serpentinen und die letzten 300m auf Schotter. Perfect quiet location for us to escape everything. Roko is a kind and excellent host, who makes fantastic wine.
