Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living area make the house ideal for families, couples, or groups. The impressive 56 m² terrace invites you to sunbathe, eat or relax and offers an incomparable view of the sea channel between Pelješac and Korčula as well as the medieval old town of Korčula. From the living room and bedrooms, you enjoy a direct sea view and the calm atmosphere of the surroundings. High-quality wooden furniture and natural materials ensure an authentic, cosy holiday mood. The outdoor area includes a private garden, a veranda, a covered parking space, a barbecue area, and a solar-powered outdoor shower. The property is fully fenced and thus ideal for children and pets. For active holidaymakers, there are storage facilities for surfboards, direct access to the gravel and concrete beach, and bicycles for exploring the surroundings. Just a few metres from the house, you will find various beaches – from fine gravel to concrete slabs to rocks – and numerous leisure activities such as swimming, diving, windsurfing, kitesurfing, sailing or fishing. The peninsula is also world-famous for its exquisite wines, which you can discover during a wine tasting on site.
