This year it is decided, your holidays will take place in the Hautes-Alpes in the family resort of Orcières Merlette! Welcome to the holiday residence Les Terrasses de la Bergerie, a wooden-clad residence dating from 2009.

• Bedroom 2: two single beds (2x1 persons)
• Cabin corner with bunk bed (2x1 persons)
• Bathroom with bathtub
• Balcony
• Resort labelled "Family PLUS"
• Heated indoor swimming pool in the residence

The residence Les Terrasses de la Bergerie is located at the foot of the ski slopes. The rental is located 100 m from restaurants, 200 m from the town centre of Orcières and is ideally situated for families.

Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are extra:
- Sheet set: 16€ / bed
- Towel set: 12€ / person
- End-of-stay cleaning: 130€

A deposit of €500 is requested upon your arrival.
NB: Maestro cards, American Express, cheques and cash are not accepted.

Télévision manquante. LV HS porte cassée+fuite d'eau sous l'évier. Micro ondes inutilisable tellement il est sale. Ensemble électroménager vétuste Frigo congèle en position mini. Toiles cirées+poêle bonnes pour la déchetterie. A part ça appartement magnifique idéalement bien placé, très ajouré et fonctionnel .

Bel appartement, bien orienté. Par contre, pas de four ni d'appareil à raclette (sauf à le louer). Le bémol est dans la conciergerie qui est très éloignée de l'appartement et avec des heures d'ouverture restreintes. Également la description de l'appartement était bcp trop sommaire : par exemple, rien n'indiquait que l'appartement était un duplex. Problème pour les gens à mobilité réduite ! Idem pour les salles de bain très mal photographiées et décrites.
