"Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. A great property to families with young kids. Loved the kitchenette included in the room and the bunkbed room for the kids was separate enough to watch tv in both rooms without issue. Lots of amenities nearby, but on a very busy road. "

"The property itself was relatively clean and reasonably priced. The location was very convenient as its close to most things to do in Niagara. Staff was friendly, efficient and informative. What I didnt want was that my parking ended as soo as I checked out so I couldnt even stay and have breakfast close by or walk down Clifftonhill a bit unless I paid $30 for the flat rate daily parking. Co sidering theres no longer cleaning services offered for anything stay under 2 nights and parking is an additional charge, I'm surprised they also charge you a resort fee. Either way I would still stay here again because the hotel was clean and the location is very convenient."
