"The location was excellent, the hotel is beautiful, the staff is really lovely, the breakfast was delicious, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was well lit, the shower worked great. There are some nice rooms and amenities we didn’t have time to make use of—a reading room, gym and a fantastic rooftop. Hopefully we’ll stay again!"

"The place was clean, the room was cozy and staff was friendly and professional. Don Ruben was great with the car valet. \*\* The huge problem I had and would highly recommend anyone wanting to stay her is to check availability on the rooftop and Bar as these were booked for events during my stay and didn't get to enjoy \*\* It was disappointing because it was a highlight that made me want to stay here. Apparently these areas do not belong to the hotel. I asked for a discount and was ignored. other than that is a good place to stay. "

"Our room at Casa 1810 Centro was nice but there was construction noise directly behind our room which started at 8 AM and usually lasted till 6:00 PM. The staff was great and offered us another room at sister hotel Casa 1810 Parque. This move was a disaster!! Room 303 at Casa 1810 Parque was below a party room where they were always moving furniture, plants, metal chairs, etc. Turned out to be a nightmare until 11 PM almost every night. The staff at Casa 1810 Parque did their best to accommodate us and was very apologetic for the noise. "
