"Very helpful receptionist who directed us to free parking. Clean room overlooking the stree but was very quiet. "

"Room was minimal, staffs are rude and throw you surprising charges. I booked bigger room that comes with sofa bed. On the check out day, I thought check out time was 12 pm. The lady instead of keep knocking she opened the door, good that I put the chain. She said that I didn’t put my kids on reservation therefore I have to pay extra for them. I told her what makes you think why 2 adults would want bigger room with sofa bed?! Because of my kids I needed a sofa bed. Never coming back "

"the location is great, with swimming pool (warm ) in the winter time. The breakfast is great, even with Prosecco. This hotel only a bit old and also the pillow is too soft, other than that the price is worth to stay. (although a bit expensive compared to the B&B nearby the station, but if you want to stay comfortable and quality, this is your choice)"

"Clean and spacious room even with a little kitchenette. Very friendly staff. Easy parking. Little dated interior and mediocre breakfast selection. Would stay again. "

"This was my third stay for a business trip. I stayed in a lovely room with a single bed and had no issues at all. The room was clean and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. One minor inconvenience was that the reception is not open 24 hours, which was slightly confusing when checking out very early in the morning for an airport transfer. That said, I would happily stay here again."

"Great place to stay in Bad Homburg vor der Hoehe. Only a short walk through the park to the City center. Very quiet. Easy parking available in front of the Hotel (Euro 9 per day)."

"I love this hotel and have stayed there many times. Everything is clean and people are friendly. Plus this hotel is situated right by the old part of Bad Homburg which is lovely. The breakfast is wonderful and everybody is helpful."
