Come see the magnificent view from the 6th floor of the Phoenix IX. This 2-bedroom 2.5-bathroom is spacious enough to sleep six people and has wonderful amenities you can enjoy during your stay.

· Queen sofa sleeper, DVD player, and vinyl plank in the living area   
  
· Kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances and granite countertop   
  
· Wet bar has an icemaker   
  
· Full size washer and dryer   
  
· Dining area has a table seating four and a kitchen bar with seating two   
  
· King size bed in vinyl planked master bedroom   
  
· Master bathroom has a step-in shower and a jetted tub   
  
· Stunning gulf front view can be enjoyed from the tiled balcony with a table for four and a chaise lounge.   
  
In addition to a large fitness center with new equipment, Phoenix IX offers an indoor pool, hot tubs and a kiddie pool on the 7th floor overlooking Ono Island; an outdoor pool and kiddie pool; an indoor climate-controlled tennis court on the 12th floor overlooking Ono Island, and barbecue grills.   
  
The building is located near the Alabama-Florida state line, approx. 10 miles east of Hwy. 59.  
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.
