Cute and warm 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom condo that sleeps four is located on the 8th floor of the Phoenix VII.

·         Living area has a queen sofa sleeper, hardwood floor, flat screen television, and DVD player

·         Kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances

·         Table seating six in the dining area and two stools at the kitchen bar

·         Stacked washer and dryer in the hall closet

·         King size bed, television, and hardwood floors in the master bedroom

·         Extended vanity and a shower and tub combination in the master bathroom

·         Gorgeous gulf front view with seating for four at the table on the tiled balcony

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Beautiful condo and view

My husband, two sons, and I enjoyed our Spring Break in Orange Beach. The condo was beautiful and we had a gorgeous view from our balcony. Close to lots of restaurants and places to get groceries as well. Our boys enjoyed playing on the beach and looking for shells.

Great for a quick weekend away

I booked this unit for my husband & me for a quick weekend at the beach. It’s 1 bedroom 1.5 bath was perfect for us to have enough space. I’m not sure it’s large enough for more than 2 adults because it’s pretty close quarters, but for a couple it’s perfect! Maybe even 3 person trip with the sleeper sofa. I have a bad back & the king-size bed was super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed including regular coffee maker, single-cup coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc. When I choose a condo at the beach, I always look at the balcony & furniture there. It’s deep enough that when it rained, we could pull the chairs back & still enjoy watching the waves without getting wet. The chairs were comfy & the lounger was perfect for a little nap listening to the waves. Because of the shape of the building & the open side of the balcony, it’s also the perfect view of the pass to watch the boats going in & out. We plan to be back for another quick weekend getaway soon!
