Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Fabulous Condo & Beach Stay

This place was absolutely immaculate!!! It was conveniently located on the second floor, which was great for unloading and taking the stairs was also an option for avoiding the wait for the elevator. The place was had great amenities and we loved staying here. Will come back again, highly recommend.

Great 2 bed/2 bath with convenient covered parking. Right on the beach-no need to cross the street. Large indoor and outdoor pools. Comfortable beds. Loved 2 sliding doors to balcony. TV in each bedroom (husband and son need this) and living room.

Exactly what I needed

The condo was beautiful and well presented. The property amenities were great for the kids. I wish the beach chairs and umbrella service came with the condo. Also the kitchen needs a can opener otherwise all needs were met.

We had a wonderful time at Orange Beach. The property was the most well-maintained, cleanest place I have ever stayed. We had beautiful ocean views and the beach was lovely. There is so much to do, and everything was conveniently located within a 15 minute drive.

Overall everything was great. The location was perfect, the unit was clean and well stocked with thing you need. The only issue is the bed in the master bedroom. It is in desperate need of being replaced.

The condo was well kept, clean, and user friendly. The view from the balcony of the pool and beach was perfect. Being on the second floor provided easy access and little to no wait for the elevator. We also enjoyed the blue walkway onto the beach. This covered the sand, making it easier to access the beach while hauling our wagon and children. The pools were clean and big enough to not feel crowded even when busy. We will be returning!

Wonderful peaceful getaway

The property was beautiful. We stayed on the second floor and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. It also felt very private—we rarely heard any noise from neighbors above or below. The pools are beautiful and the beach was so clean and beautiful.

We have never stayed at a Phoenix property before, and we were impressed with our experience. The unit was exactly as described - very nice. We enjoyed the games, and my girls learned to play UNO. We had to have a nightly game. It’s also a very convenient location. We are used to staying in places with fewer units, so the beach area was somewhat crowded. However, that’s to be expected this time of year. We plan to book here again!

Beautiful property with everything we needed

This was our first time to stay in a Phoenix condo and it did not disappoint! We loved being on the second floor and close to the stairs since the elevators usually took awhile and were crowded. The condo was perfect. We noticed a couple issues the first day with the master sink and the dryer but after calling it in, they were fixed within hours! That is service! My teens loved the ability to play basketball & racquetball, work out with weights, or swim whenever they wanted. We loved having a designated parking spot all week & the garage was great when it rained! Overall it was a great stay and we’d highly recommend it!

Unit 204

During our firat day, two maintenance workers attempted to access the property. The first was to change the air filter which we allowed. The air filter dis not appear to need to be changed. The second worker requested access to check on a water leak. There was no leak, so we denied access. This was a privacy issue for my family. My recommendation is that maintenance be completed between stays.

Fantastic spot for a beach getaway!

I stayed with 2 of my friends for a long weekend, and this condo was wonderful. It’s just as nice as the pictures! Everything was clean. Showers and sinks drained well. Comfortable sitting area, great view of the beach from the balcony, and the beds were fairly comfortable as well (we did not love the polyester sheets on the beds, as that made for a hotter slumber; we amended that by turning the A/C down. Just mentioning this in case there are any other hot sleepers out there). The paint colors and decor are cool and calming, so we always felt relaxed and at home whenever we were hanging out inside. Do be mindful that there is only a Keurig and not a traditional coffee pot (that is in the listing; we just accidentally overlooked it), so bring your K-cups. The fridge/freezer has an ice maker, which we appreciated. It does not, however, have a water dispenser. No complaints about that! Just mentioning it so other travelers will pack some bottled water or a filter pitcher if you prefer not to drink tap water. We loved that this unit is on the 2nd floor near the stairs. It made going to and from the beach and parking garage a real breeze. The Phoenix overall was great as well. Indoor and outdoor pools. Direct beach access. Easy check in. Overall, this is a lovely spot, and we would definitely love to come back and stay again! My friends had nothing but good things to say about it.
