Although the Phoenix VII is a little older, this unit is updated and modern. The condo was very spacious and clean. I was impressed with the scent that greeted us each time we entered. My family makes this trip 3-4 times a year, and these were the most comfortable beds we have had. The only negative was the parking fee. This was of no control of the owner because it is set by the complex, but the cost is 55 per car. I say that for awareness.
