You can expect what you see in the listing photos. There is plenty of white noise from the air unit, dehumidifier, and or bathroom fans, so we rarely heard the neighbors. The condo was clean and they provided plenty of towels/linens for our 3 person family. We have stayed on the gulf before but never in Orange Beach. I think they have a strong dehumidifier running 24/7 which is GREAT! We didn’t really have to worry about condensation on the sliding glass door, or worry about if our towels were going to air dry. Having the washer dryer in the unit was super handy also. Kiddo really enjoyed the bunk beds, and proximity to the beach is ideal. My only two gripes have nothing to do with the unit owner- 1 traffic was a bit of a beast. It is lucky there are places to eat/shop so close by! 2 I found the condo association rules/security officers to be a bit over the top. One of them literally yelled at us for walking through the pool area to get to the boardwalk in a rain storm very early in our stay. We were retrieving our stuff from the beach and didn’t realize there was another way to the boardwalk yet. ##### Leah G.
