When you are not outside enjoying the sugar-white sand and surf, take in the gorgeous beach and pool views from the private balcony, or relax in the evenings by the custom-built electric fireplace (with or without heat) in swivel rocking recliners. We provide extra dining for three at the custom live edge bar. Our queen sleeper hide-a-bed has an upgraded mattress for a comfortable night’s rest. Just 10 quick steps up to the first floor with easy direct access from parking. (Note: this unit does not have elevator access). Smart TV with free cable! Free wi-fi! Washer and dryer in unit! The refrigerator in the unit has an ice machine and the building has one as well. Whether you're here for a relaxing getaway or an extended stay, this condo offers comfort, convenience, and breathtaking views—welcome to your perfect beachfront retreat! Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.” • There is no elevator in the building. • Must climb stairs • For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. House rules • For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. • NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as on the balcony. We cannot climb stairs. I called Hosteeva and they immediately moved us to another condo on one the fourth floor with elevator access. Excellent condo. I will stay there again and request that unit.
