    CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
    Please be aware there is on-going construction at the resort, and you may experience drilling, hammering, and other construction noise, along with dust and debris on the balcony. Beach access may be altered during this time period as well. THERE WILL BE NO EXTERIOR BUILDING CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY FROM MAY 25 - AUG 18, 2024.
    The outdoor pool will close from Aug 19, 2024 through the winter 2025. The indoor pool will remain open.

    Gorgeous direct beach front condo with so many amazing feautres and updates:
    * All new paint, flooring, furniture, cabinets, counter tops, deck furniture, and more!!
    * Primary Bedroom: King size bed with private deck and beach front deck access
    * Guest Bedroom 1: Queen size bed

    * Living room has plenty of comfortable seating and a queen sized pull out bed
    * Updated kitchen stocked with all cookware and appliances (small and large) needed to dine in
    * Dining table sits 6 with 2 more seats at kitchen bar
    * Deck set up with outdoor living area and outdoor dining table overlooking one of the most beautiful unobstructed views on the island! See pics!!
