Welcome to Summer House 305B, your premium 3-bedroom beachfront condo where luxury meets coastal charm! This recently renovated space features upscale coastal decorations and furnishings, ensuring a comfortable and elegant stay.  
  
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the beautifully appointed kitchen with all-new granite countertops and modern amenities, making cooking and cleanup a breeze. The dining area comfortably seats 6 at a beautiful table, with an additional 2 seats at the bar for extra guests.  
  
The living area boasts a breathtaking view of the Gulf through sliding glass doors, along with a 52-inch smart TV, wine bar, and electric fireplace for cozy evenings. Relax and unwind in style!  
  
The Primary bedroom is a luxurious retreat with a King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, spacious closet, and sliding glass doors leading directly to the balcony. The private bathroom features a walk-in shower, granite vanity, and new fixtures for added comfort and convenience.  
  
The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen-sized bed, armoire, and large closet, while the third bedroom offers two Queen-sized beds, a dresser, and another large closet. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV and ceiling fan for added comfort. This unit can accommodate a maximum of 8 people.  
  
Outside on the spacious balcony, you'll find two loungers, a coastal bar height tete-a-tete set, and a picnic-style table and chairs where you can enjoy meals while taking in the beautiful Gulf Coast sunsets.  
  
Additional amenities include a full-sized washer and dryer, a sleeper sofa, a combo coffee maker, an iron, an ironing board, WiFi, a DVD player, and board games for entertainment.
