We were fortunate to be right near the elevators so accessing the unit was easy and convenient. The layout was great and the windows and patio were the best we have had in our previous trips. Also loved the Lazyboy chair; the other seating was also comfortable if a bit dingy, as was the rug. While the distressed decor is not so much to my taste, everything in the unit was favorable. In particular, the kitchen was especially well equipped with everything one would need for an extended stay. In fact, it might be a challenge to find space for provisions!Alas, the weather was too cold for the outdoor pool and the indoor pool and hot tubs were being renovated and therefore inaccessible. We were supposed to be able to use the same facilities next door but then they closed off the boardwalk for several days to do board replacement. Bad scheduling in my view.This unfortunate series of events does not, however discourage us from considering coming again, hoping that out next opportunity will have better coordination of maintenance schedules.Will this unit be available next February? ##### Sandra M.
